United provides both FTP and Web File Transfer for our customers. For the best experience we recommend requesting a username and password from your CSR. For an immediate need we provide a "dropbox" functionality allowing you to upload files anonymously.
Single file uploads are generally OK to upload as is. However, when uploading a folder full of items, we ask you please create an archive of your job folder. OSX has built in .zip functionality by using the right mouse button to click on a folder (or hold down control with the left mouse button) and accessing the conditional menu to "Create Archive of".
Never use slashes in you file names, they are generally interpreted as directories, and will cause problems with you upload.
The server's hostname is files.united-printing.com if you are accessing it with FTP client software.
